Mental Health Nurse

Within this role you will be involved in working alongside the MDT, working within the confines of a robust co-produced care plan that meets the individual service users' needs whilst managing any risk factors for the individual or others.

The recovery focused approach allows an opportunity to work collaboratively with carers, relatives, and other third-party agencies. In addition, this role will focus on proactively supporting reintegration back into the community, linking with third party services such as housing, drug and alcohol, attending all the necessary reviews and professional meetings as scheduled.

Please note this role requires Shift work of day and night shifts covering a 24/7 working week.

Please note there are to role available within our Team, we are currently recruiting 1x full time substantive post and 1x full time Fixed Term Contract 12 months, ending November 2027
