This is an exceptional opportunity for a Mental Health Assistant to join a highly specialist therapeutic school and residential setting supporting children aged 5-13 with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work alongside experienced therapists, teachers and therapeutic practitioners to support children who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties and significant emotional challenges. You will have the opportunity to work within either the education provision or residential provision, helping young people develop emotional regulation, positive relationships and confidence. The successful Mental Health Assistant will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive.
