This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors, Therapists, or Teachers. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.Help students develop confidence, resilience, independence, and positive coping strategies.Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.Observe and monitor students' wellbeing, engagement, and progress throughout the school day.Build positive and trusting relationships with students while providing consistent emotional support.
