o Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patients and relativeso Sign patients in on S1o Direct patients and relatives within the departmento Replenish leaflets and information when requiredo Replenish sensory items in clinical areaso Accompany patients to other areas of EQ as requiredo Answering telephones and door at EQ and fielding enquiries and taking messageso Report any concerns to the Supervisor / Service Managero Ensure everyone signs in to the Meet and Greet
