Completing Vacancy ControlForms/Change Notices arrange for posts to be advertised and liaise withInterview arrangements in role of Recruiting ManagerArrange and manage Observer appointmentsResponsible to arrange and manage "Honorary Contracts" for junior doctors, consultants and othermedical staff as required including accommodation booking for overseas doctors.To support in the implementation of all medical staffing issues.

FinanceStrategically and operationally manage locums effectively and economically and authorise alllocum time sheets and payments. Provide Accountant with up to date information on a monthlybasis regarding the use of locum cover, additional duty hours worked, completing bank staffingpayment sheets and ACAS form for LUHFT staff and Lead Employer staff, matching costs up topanel forms that have been submitted so that no inappropriate charges are made against theDirectorate. Signatory for medical staffing budget including Associate Specialist/STR/CT/F2locum doctors.

RecruitmentAs necessary update Job Descriptions and timetables for junior medical staff.In partnership with Clinical Director and Clinical Director (Surgical Specialties), produce JobDescriptions for new Consultant/Staff Grade/Clinical Fellows posts. Completing Vacancy ControlForms/Change Notices arrange for posts to be advertised and liaise with HR Department forinterview arrangements in role of Recruiting ManagerArrange and manage Observer appointments for students as required, and provide informationpacks for same. Arrange accommodation, if required. HR and Occupational Health Department(to arrange medical screening) and Volunteers Department (to arrange insurance).Responsible to arrange and manage "Honorary Contracts" for junior doctors, consultants and othermedical staff as required including accommodation booking for overseas doctors.To support in the implementation of all medical staffing issues. To communicate across all levels ofSep 2025grades both internally and with external stakeholders on a daily basis.
