St Albans Medical Centre is looking for a (15.5 hrs/week) receptionist to join our friendly Practice. The shifts will be on Monday AM, Tuesday PM, Thu...
You will be working in a customer facing role with calm manner,
handling telephone/ face to face request for the service we provide.
Opening up and locking up of premises as appropriate.
Processing documentation and providing administrative support to our clinical staff and other members of the Practice.
Main duties: booking appointments, processing prescriptions,
dealing with patient queries.

We are a medium size Practice with currently six part-time GPs
and other friendly staff.
We work as a team.
We are located in a nice, leafy North Kingston with an easy
access to Kingston town centre, river Thames and Richmond Park.
Experience
Essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a medical centre/hospital would be ideal.
