  • Deliver high-quality medical physics services, ensuring the safety and efficacy of treatments and technologies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and RUH Bath to enhance service delivery across the ICS.
  • Participate in training and development activities to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the department.

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist isessential.

Qualifications

Essential: - Registered with HCPC as a Clinical Scientist

Desirable: - Medical Physics Expert

Qualifications

Essential: - MSc in Medical Physics; - BSc in Physics or related field, 2i or higher

Experience

Essential: - Experience in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine

Knowledge

Essential: - Knowledge of ionising radiation legislation, including IRR and IR(ME)R.

Experience

Essential: - Experience of working on own initiative, within defined policies and organising and prioritising own work, but also able to propose and implement changes.
