Medical Director

• Providing executive leadership for clinical services, clinical quality, patient safety and professional standards across Taurus Healthcare.
• Acting as the senior clinical adviser to the Board, contributing to organisational strategy, performance, risk management and workforce planning.
• Holding executive responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services.
• Leading and strengthening clinical governance, quality assurance, audit, risk management and organisational learning.
• Driving clinical input into service redesign, pathway development, new models of care and digital transformation.
• Providing professional leadership for medical staff and advanced clinical practitioners, including appraisal, revalidation, workforce development and succession planning.
• Building strong relationships with practices, commissioners and system partners to support integrated, patient-centred services across Herefordshire.
