Maintenance Coordinator

Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Maintenance Coordinator at Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. Your focus will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members, ensuring the smooth running of the facilities, whilst maintaining a good standard of general upkeep for the building. Other responsibilities include resolving maintenance concerns promptly, engaging with approved contractors, and sourcing alternative suppliers. You will cover all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems. This role involves direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, supervision, objective setting, annual reviews, and managing holiday authorisation.
