Leaving Care Worker Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Leaving Care Worker to support young people aged 16–25 as they transition from care into independent adulthood. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact, providing reliable, flexible and coordinated support to care leavers.
