We are looking for a qualified nurse with experience in Radiology to be the Lead Radiology Nurse in a progressively expanding service within the Radio...
To be responsible for assessing individual patient care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating plans of care for a variety of patients with complex medical histories in accordance with agreed policies and professional guidelines.
To assist with interventional and diagnostic radiological procedures, acting as scrub nurse/ ODP, circulating nurse and procedural list co-ordinator
To work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
To line manage nursing staff ensuring compliance with trust policies and competency to perform.

Qualification
Essential
- Registered Nurse (adult)
- Relevant diploma, BSc or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Post graduate qualification
- Management qualification
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in Interventional Radiology or theatre.
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Evidence of leading a team
- Experience in writing and contributing to the formulation of SOPs, policies and procedures
Desirable
- Experience implementing change
- Experience in Mentorship
- Knowledge of ionising radiation
