This position is for a Laundry Assistant at The Spires care home under Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will ensure that residents receive quality care and support, focusing on providing them with clean clothing and bedding. Your tasks will include sorting, washing, drying, and ironing, contributing to the home's overall ambiance. This part-time role requires working 20 hours per week over three days, potentially including weekends. By making sure each resident has clean clothing and bedding, you'll be playing your own part in helping everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The role of Laundry Assistant involves sorting, washing, drying, ironing and contributing to the overall look and feel of the home. It's a great way to get a sense of what it takes to keep everything running smoothly in our homes and it could open up other opportunities as you develop.
Part time role 20 hrs per week across 3 days, may include weekends on a rota.
