LARC Specialist Nurse

You will need to use innovative thinking to create new possibilities and ideas around increasing the uptakeof LARC within Medway with the support of the LARC administrative secretary. The work will require bothindependent and team work, and you will be expected to keep records and data in order to provide reports and evidence that supports your activity within the LARC programme.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will be expected to undertake non-clinical duties including providesupport and training to a variety of professionals, individual and small and large group presentation work.This will necessitate the need to remain constantly professionally updated. You will also need to be veryflexible in order to facilitate working alongside other professionals, at times and places that are accessibleto them, including some evening and weekend working.

Where driving is a requirement of the role, you will be asked to confirm that you hold a full UK driving licence or a full driving licence issued by an EU country (not exchanged from a non-EU country) to proceed with your application.
