Kitchen Assistant - Bank

This job involves supporting the catering function at Avery Healthcare by preparing food and maintaining a clean environment to ensure safe production of beverages and meals for residents. The role requires you to understand the principles of safe food handling and contribute to team working. Among your responsibilities are advising on the supply and quality of items, acting respectfully towards residents, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Ideal candidates should hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety practices. The position requires a DBS Disclosure check, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be necessary. Candidates must also show initiative and a flexible attitude and a caring demeanor towards residents.
