Provide technical and project support across the Trust,assistingwith the planning, coordination,monitoringand delivery of small projects to ensure staff are supported withappropriate resources,guidanceand technical input.
Work as part of the Technical Services team to support the delivery of cost-effective, well-managed IT solutions that meet the needs of clinical and corporate services.
Support staff with the deployment, implementation and use of approved technology, systems,devicesand associated equipment, resolving day-to-day and non-routine technical issues independently whereappropriate.
Liaise with internal teams, external systemsuppliersand service providers to support the maintenance of Trust systems and the successful delivery of agreed projects.
Support asset management activities, including device deployment, usage reporting, audits, investigations and decommissioning in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Provide technical and practical support for telecommunications, mobiledevicesand user-reported issues, including the analysis of reporting data to support effective device usage,managementand service improvement.
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality Technology and Information Service Management, helping to ensure that clinicians and other staff have reliable access to tools they need to carry out their duties effectively.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including visiting Trust sites across Derbyshire

- Experience working with users to understand and resolve IT issues
Desirable
- Experience liaising with external suppliers, service providers or partner organisations to support service delivery.

- Educated to degree level in an IT, technical, project management or business-related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant experience of working in an IT, technical support, digital, project support or service delivery environment.
- Experience of working with suppliers, service providers or internal technical teams to support delivery of IT services.
- Previous experience of providing IT system support in a healthcare environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience of providing IT system support in a healthcare environment.
- Experience using an IT Service Management system such as Halo
- Microsoft, networking, endpoint, telecommunications or mobile device management qualification/training.
