- Deliver training to all staff throughout UHNM
- Arrange fire drills and practical demonstrations of first aid fire fighting equipment
- Undertake regular inspections of all premises in accordance with Firecode
- Respond to general fire safety enquiries and correspondence
- Manage records of training activity and staff attendance
- Ensure that fire alarms, first aid fire fighting equipment and escape lighting is regularly maintained and tested
- Ensure fire exits and fire escapes are regularly maintained and remain free from obstruction
- Ensure that appropriate fire safety signage is displayed
- Prepare fire incident reports as required

Qualifications
Essential
- Level 4 or Diploma in relevant field
- 3 GCSEs or equivalent NVQ
- Experience in delivering Face to Face training
Desirable
- Experience of using MS Teams / Zoom to deliver training
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Knowledge of work procedures and practices relevant to fire safety
