- You will
support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR administration service,
acting as a first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and helping
managers and employees navigate HR processes.
- You will
support recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising vacancies,
undertaking pre-employment checks, preparing offer documentation and
coordinating new starter processes.
- You will
maintain accurate employee records and electronic personnel files, ensuring
information is recorded securely and maintained in accordance with data
protection requirements. You will also support the administration of key HR
systems, including Bluestream, PCSA, Radar and RotaMaster.
- You will
support sickness absence administration, maintaining accurate records,
highlighting absence triggers and ensuring information is reported within
required timescales.
- You will
assist with mandatory training administration, professional registration
monitoring and the production of HR reports and workforce data.
- Working closely with the wider HR Team, you will
contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support HR projects and help
ensure a consistent, customer-focused service is delivered across the
organisation.

customer-focused HR administration service across the organisation, supporting
the delivery of efficient, accurate and compliant HR processes.

Lakeside Healthcare is a large GP
partnership that provides NHS care for around 170,000 patients across
Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire. We are made of
eight GP practices across 14 sites that are part of their local communities.

Qualifications
Essential: - English and Maths GCSE level 4 and above or equivalent
Desirable: - Degree or equivalent / CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
Experience
Essential
- Experience of planning and organisation
- Experience or equivalent of working in a busy customer centred organisation
- Experience of working with confidential information
Desirable
- Experience of organising and minuting meetings
- Evidence of commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion values and principles in the delivery of all aspects of the role
- Experienced administration gained within a regulated sector and/or function e.g., HR, Training or Education setting
- Experience of data reporting
