Where you'll be working: The Chestnuts - Lavric Road, Aylesbury, HP21 8JN. What is required from you? A minimum of 12 months on your right to work, Two positions available, working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends, Shift patterns to be discussed at interview. A day in the life: Communal cleaning ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees, Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required, Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness, Companionship- Provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
