About the Role As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike. You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:

Lead and develop a high-performing care teamDeliver exceptional standards of person-centred careBuild strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionalsEnsure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standardsDrive occupancy, quality and continuous improvementCreate a positive culture where residents and staff thrive About You We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:*Has a minimum of2 years experience in a management role.*Holds aLevel 5 Leadership & Management qualification*Has experience managing a40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home*Has a strongclinical and operational background
