Join Adderley Green as a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to manage a complex caseload of residents and deliver highquality, personcentred assessment and intervention within a multidisciplinary setting.

In this role, you will take full personal, professional and legal responsibility for your own specialist caseload, working independently while seeking support and supervision when required. You will also assess the need for communication aids and support residents and carers in their safe and effective use.
