Cleaning of drains across the siteCleaning and unblocking roofs and rain gulliesCleaning Facia and soffitsCleaning of Windows across the site High level and low levelCleaning of plant rooms across the sitePressure washing requested areas across the siteLifting and shifting where neededMoving powered machinery when and where needed to do workAssist the Fabric team when and where neededCall out work on a rota basisTo fully participate in the performance review process and personaldevelopment planning.Undertake training as necessary in line with the development of the post.To achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales.To contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams in which you work.

Experience
Essential
- Experience in prior, similar roles within the Building industry or specialist cleaning field
Desirable
- Experience of working for an NHS Trust or similar public sector body
Knowledge
Essential
- Knowledge of a range of building services and repairs and / or previous experience in a building services
Desirable
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and risk
