- Weight, height& BP checks
- Testing and handling of clinical specimens e.g. urine dipstick
- NHS Health checks
- Health promotion
- Dressings & treatment room procedures
- Diabetic foot checks
- ECG's
- QOF reviews
- Flu, pneumonia, B12, Shingles, injections
- Ensure adequate infection control procedures in treatment and consulting rooms
- Phlebotomy
- Vaccine / cold chain storage, monitoring and recording
- Weight, height & BP checks
- Testing and handling of clinical specimens e.g. urine dipstick
- NHS health checks
- Assist in minor surgical procedures
- Health promotion
- Dressings
- Act as a chaperone
- Diabetic foot checks
- ECG's
- QOF reviews
- Flu, pneumonia, B12, Shingles IM injections
- Ensure adequate infection control procedures in treatment and consulting rooms
- Phlebotomy
- Vaccine / cold chain storage, monitoring and recording
- Participate in practice audit as directed by management.
- Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Support and participate in shared learning within the practice.
We are a very friendly and forward thinking Practice within the Leeds area with a list size of approximately 20000 patients.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes 12 GP's, 10 registrars, 2 Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacists Technicians, Practice Nurses, HCAs all supported by a strong administration and reception team(s). Our aim is to deliver good quality healthcare to our patients.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Phelbotomy
- GCSE Maths and English grade D or above
- Good standard of general education
- Use of SystmOne
Desirable
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
