You will play an integral role within the nursing team, providing essential support to registered staff in delivering high-quality, individualised, and compassionate care to patients.
You will be responsible for delivering personal and clinical care to a high standard, including undertaking clinical observations and carrying out delegated interventions as directed by a registered practitioner, in line with your skills, training, and competencies.

Education, Training and Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to Vocational Qualification/NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or health related topic or equivalent level of experience
- Holds 16 Standards National Care Certificate (face to face) or equivalent level of education, training or experience
- Holds Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English or education equivalent (GCSE)
Desirable
- Speciality specific training and competencies achieved and ongoing development
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in an healthcare, social care organisation/setting or service industry requiring people contact
- Knowledge of infection prevention & control and safeguarding processes
- Experience of working in a healthcare team and patient setting
Desirable
- Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a NHS organisation
