We are
seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly
multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who
is passionate about healthcare and wishes to develop their career in Primary
Care.
Main Duties of the Role
The
successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Practice Nurses and
GPs to provide clinical and administrative support services, ensuring the
delivery of safe and effective patient care.

Desirable Criteria
NVQ
Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, Healthcare Support, or equivalent
working in a healthcare setting.
Competent
in phlebotomy.
Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability
to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic
IT skills and experience using clinical systems.
Understanding
patient confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities.
Ability
to manage workload effectively and work independently.
Experience working in General Practice.
Desirable Criteria

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, Healthcare Support, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in General Practice.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Competent in phlebotomy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and experience using clinical systems.
- Understanding patient confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently.
Desirable

- Experience conducting NHS Health Checks.
