Healthcare Assistant, Audiology

Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for

Preparing patients for hearing tests and supporting the clinical team during procedures

Completing forms, updating records, and maintaining accurate patient information

Assisting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs efficiently

Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and well-organised

Supporting with stock, admin, and general clinic coordination

Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites

A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail

A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role
