Partners are encouraged to develop areas of interest and have opportunities to become involved in education, quality improvement, digital innovation and wider leadership across our Primary Care Network and neighbourhood. Please see the main advert. The responsibilities of this partnership role will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
The Ridgeway Surgery is a forward-thinking PMS practice serving over 15,000 patients from two sites in Harrow. We are rated by the CQC as Good overall and in all domains.
Our multidisciplinary team includes four GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, pharmacists, advanced clinical practitioners, healthcare assistants and community-based clinicians supporting frail and complex patients. We are a well-established undergraduate and GP training practice with a strong culture of learning, collaboration and mutual support.
