The role will involve undertaking unsupervised (once trained), planned preventative maintenance routines and reactive maintenance work.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for maintenance, a committed team player who can provide a high quality and dedicated service, improving the delivery of maintenance at the Hospital.

Qualifications
Essential
- Basic Level ICT
- Relevant NVQ level 2/3 or Vocational maintenance qualification.
Desirable
- Relevant certificated training in the use of power tools
- Relevant certificated training in COSHH
Experience
Essential
- Previous site maintenance experience preferably within a large organisation.
Desirable
- Have experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Experience of electrical, mechanical services e.g., emergency light testing, water testing/ legionella sampling etc. replacing door furniture.
- Working knowledge of health and safety policies, infection control and work procedures
Additional Criteria
Essential
- Evidence of a good standard of literacy/English language skills, spoken and written
- Full UK Driving License
