Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining. Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures. Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements.

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.

Other responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
  • Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of residents dietary requirements.

Our ideal candidate must

  • Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
  • Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
  • A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
