A day in the life of a Field Care SupervisorAs a Field Care Supervisor, youll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff.Youll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.
In this role, you will
- Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
- Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
- Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
- Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
- Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
Youll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
