Join Agincare in Worthing as a Field Care Supervisor and make a real difference where it matters most by leading care teams in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. The role offers a salary up to £28,000 (pro rata), a refer a friend scheme, and mileage reimbursement of 32p per mile. Key responsibilities include monitoring client and staff health and well-being by conducting face-to-face visits, phone calls, and tracking care records. What is required from you? - A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
- Well organised and self-motivated

A day in the life of a Field Care SupervisorAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of clients and staff by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.
You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred.
You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.
You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.
