This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Oversee and allocate daily workloads for the Facilities Team across two sites. Ensure compliance with NHS National Cleaning Standards, Better Hospital Food programme and Trust Policies. Manage rotas and sickness cover using Eroster. Monitor cleanliness audits, patient surveys and stock control. Liaise with hospital colleagues, contractors and external agencies to maintain high standards. Support recruitment, training and performance management of the Facilities Team.

Qualifications
Essential
- Maths
- Evidence of a good standard of literacy, English language skills.
- IT skills
- Vocational level 3 qualification appropriate to the post, or working towards within an agreed timescale
Desirable
- Understanding of infection control procedures
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Knowledge of HACCP
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Significant supervisory management experience
- A proven employment history in cleaning and or catering
Desirable
- Experience of staff training, induction and performance management
- Experience in completing audits
