  • Provide professional pre-hospital assessment, treatment and care to patients at sporting and public events.
  • Respond promptly to medical incidents and emergencies across event sites.
  • Assess, stabilise and manage patients in line with clinical guidelines and scope of practice.
  • Liaise with event organisers, medical teams, emergency services and other agencies when required.
  • Complete accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Support the wider event medical team to maintain a safe and effective medical operation.
  • Assist with the setup, operation and close-down of event medical facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical practice, professionalism, confidentiality and patient care.
  • Adapt confidently to different environments, including sports stadiums, equestrian venues and athletics events.

Alliance Pioneer Groupis seeking professional, motivated and reliable Events Paramedics to provide high-quality medical care across a wide range of sporting and public events.

As an Events Paramedic, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective pre-hospital care to patients attending events, responding to medical incidents and working closely with event organisers, colleagues and emergency services where required.

Key Responsibilities - Provide assessment, treatment and management of patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and scope of practice.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to medical incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide appropriate emergency and non-emergency patient care and arrange escalation or transfer when required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary event medical team.
  • Liaise professionally with event organisers, security teams, venue staff and emergency services.
  • Maintain and check medical equipment, supplies and treatment areas.
  • Support the setup and close-down of event medical facilities.
  • Promote a professional, calm and reassuring approach when dealing with patients, families and members of the public.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant clinical, legal and organisational requirements.
  • Work flexibly across a variety of environments, including sports stadiums, equestrian events, athletics and other large-scale public events.

Qualifications

Essential

  • HCPC Registration, Relevant paramedic qualification and evidence of ongoing professional development.

Desirable

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional in approach.
  • Commitment to patient dignity, confidentiality and high standards of care.
  • Willingness to work across a range of events, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
  • Able to work outdoors and in challenging environments when necessary.

  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Recognised Blue Light Qualification
