This role helps colleagues and services by keeping estate and equipment records accurate, making a real difference to safety, compliance and the smoot...

  • Support the maintenance of estate and asset records, including the organisational asset register
  • Help manage portable medical equipment records, servicing schedules and related contracts
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate data across a range of systems
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and support meetings, including taking notes when required
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to complete audits and maintain data quality

What we're looking for: - A Level 3 qualification in administration, or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • Experience working in an office or administrative environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and a careful approach to handling information
  • The ability to organise your workload, work independently and contribute to a supportive team

Qualifications

Essential: - Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience; - OCR Level 2 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience

Desirable: - MoS

Knowledge

Essential: - Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administrative procedures; - Knowledge of a range of software programmes including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office/administrative procedures
  • Experience of using Microsoft office packages in an office environment
