Essential
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & telephone)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with clinicians, senior managers and clerical staff
- Good keyboard skills for regular use of computer systems/I.T skills
- Able to concentrate on Administrative duties within a work pattern in an unpredictable environment with constant interruptions from Patients, medical staff and external agencies.
Desirable
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office similar PAS system.
- Competent in the use of WPAS Patient Administration System

- Welsh Speaking (level 3)
Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE Maths and English A-C
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience
- I.T qualification or proven experience using Microsoft office packages

- ECDL

- Experience of dealing with the general public
- Ability to work as part of team.
