This is a truly rewarding role where every day brings something different. As a Driver & Care Assistant, you'll be the friendly face greeting individuals each morning and ensuring they return home safely at the end of the day. You'll build meaningful relationships, offer practical support, and help people feel valued, included, and connected to their local community.

Working as part of our Day Service team, you'll support individuals with a range of needs, including Dementia, Parkinson's, mobility difficulties, and other age-related challenges. Your patience, compassion, and understanding will help people feel safe, respected, and well supported.

  • Encouraging participation in activities and social opportunities.
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support.

For many of our clients, you will be one of the most important people they see each week. Your kindness, reliability, and support can help reduce loneliness, build confidence, and make a lasting difference to someone's quality of life.

  • Make a positive difference every day.
  • Be part of a supportive and inclusive team.
  • Access learning and development opportunities.
  • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
  • Work within a trusted local authority service.
  • Help older adults remain connected to their community.
