Location: Herefordshire Job Type: Flexible / Part-Time / Ad Hoc Shift Lengths: 4, 6 and 8 hours About the Role Zentar Health and Social Care is currently recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join our Community Team in Herefordshire, with flexible care shifts available to suit your availability. We understand that not everyone can commit to long 12-hour shifts. Whether you have family commitments, are studying, already work part-time, or simply want to pick up additional hours, our shorter shifts can help you fit work around your lifestyle. We currently have 4, 6 and 8-hour shifts available. What You'll Do As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals within community-based care settings. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing person-centred care and supportSupporting individuals with their daily routines and activitiesPromoting independence, dignity and wellbeingBuilding positive and professional relationships with service usersFollowing individual care and support plansMaintaining accurate care recordsWorking collaboratively with colleagues and other professionalsFollowing safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures About You You should:
