We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly created Digital Support team, following the merge of the IT and Informatic teams.
- Diagnose and resolve common issues: performance problems, login/MFA errors,connectivity, software faults, and hardware incidents.
- Support the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts acrossrelevant systems and applications.
- Support with onboarding of new users by setting up accounts, configuring digitaltools, and providing orientation support.
The ideal candidate should be motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention for detail.

Qualifications
Essential: - Good level of education (5x GCSE grade C/4 or higher inc Maths and English or equivalent)
Desirable: - IT Related Qualification (ITiL, Microsoft Accreditation)
Experience
Essential: - Previous experience of inputting data
Desirable: - Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment
Key skills and abilities
Essential: - High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable: - Knowledge of the Trusts Hospital Information Systems; - Good working knowledge of the Data Protection Act and Data Security
