To support the delivery of a variety of digital projects and work as a member of the project team. The Project Support Officer's prime responsibility is to provide project and organisational support to the Project manager and the project boards. The Project Support Officer will be required to take responsibility and manage designated elements of Projects e.g. supporting, facilitating and monitoring progress of projects.

Qualifications
Essential
- Good level of educational attainment to degree level or equivalent experience
- Prince 2 training (formal or informal, or willing to work towards attainment)
Desirable: - Evidence of further development - diploma or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential
- Experience of administering projects
- Good knowledge of Computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to master new applications.
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, e.g. PRINCE2
Desirable
- Experience of recording and monitoring financial information
- Responsive to changing environments.
- Open to continual development
- Ability to work in a team, to work to deadlines and on own initiative.
Skills
Essential
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to identify priorities.
- Possesses good written and oral communication skills.
- Good report drafting skills and minute taking
- Capable of understanding the wider objectives of the Programme
Desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Project team, stakeholders and third-party service providers involved in the delivery of the projects and Programme.
