Lead the design, coordination and delivery of transformation activity across the TCC programme, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into practical implementation approaches and sustainable operational change.
Develop and oversee transformation plans, operating models, adoption strategies and benefits realisation frameworks that support delivery of programme outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, clinicians, patients, the public, operational teams, regions, suppliers and delivery partners to secure engagement and alignment across the programme.
Identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams, ensuring that transformation activities are coordinated and delivered effectively.
Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams, creating an environment that supports collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Support programme governance and assurance arrangements, providing clear reporting, analysis and recommendations to enable informed decision-making.
Represent the programme at senior forums and contribute to the successful delivery of TCC objectives through effective transformation leadership, stakeholder engagement and implementation support.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices.

Essential: - Educated to Masters level or equivalent level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.

- Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams working across multiple functions and organisations.
- Demonstrable ability to act upon incomplete information, using experience gained to make inferences and decision making.
Experience

- Significant experience of delivering major technology, transformational and organisational change programmes (including adoption and implementation) to transform services, involving multiple organisations and stakeholders.
- Proven Board level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development in a politically sensitive and complex environment.
- Experience of designing and implementing operating models, service models or transformation frameworks that deliver and realise measurable benefits.
