- Administrative support for Dental Officer, Dental Therapist and Dental Nurse, ensuring smooth running of clinics and/or dental administration offices. Be responsible for opening and closing of dental clinic premises.
- Provide general clerical support including typing correspondence and clinical letters, mail handling, stock control and photocopying. Maintain appropriate records, registry system (postal), and file correspondence and clinical records, ensuring compliance with the agreed record keeping systems of the Trust, including completion of NHS Dental Forms.
- Order and maintain stock, stationery and consumables.
- File records, clinical correspondence and radiographs.
- Take minutes for meetings as and when required to do so.

Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE English and Maths level 4/C or above, or a good standard of general education
- Business and Admin NVQ Level 3 equivalent
