If you are enthusiastic about working in a mental health organisation, working with data to monitor and evaluate quality and performance, to support outcomes for people using services, this could be the role for you.
Work with Rio, and other relevant programs (Power BI and other data visualisation) and systems to build reports and dashboards for BI required by Second Step and AWP
Produce monthly performance reports and continuously improve the reporting systems. This will include maintaining systems for internal reporting and supporting managers with data requirements for external reporting
Identify patterns, trends and anomalies using statistical techniques
Carry out data validation and quality control checks
Work with colleagues to understand requests and develop reports to support analysis and interpretation of performance data and trends
Work with colleagues to ensure accurate data reporting to MHSDS
Work with broader partnership teams to support internal and external reporting from multiple organisations, sources and programmes

Experience
Essential
- Experience of managing large data sets
- Experience of implementing and improving data systems and processes
- Delivering data driven projects in a team or multidisciplinary environment
- Experience with Rio EPR; building reports
Desirable
- Presenting information to a range of audiences with different technical expertise
- Experience of working in NHS, Social Care or Mental Health services
- Working in partnerships of multiple organisations with a common set of goals and KPIs
