The Cook Team Leader's responsibilities will include
Preparing and cooking meals from base and raw ingredients.Supporting Catering Supervisors in the day to day supervision of staff,Ensuring a clean safe environment is maintained.
The Cook Team Leader needs to have good teamwork, leadership, communication and organisational skills. They need to be self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised, have a flexible approach to shift alterations and have a friendly and professional approach.
The Health Board offers excellent working conditions including a generous entitlement of paid holiday, enhanced pay for weekend working and an opportunity to join the Superannuation Pension Scheme.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
