You will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary inpatient team and work closely with established community services, alongside experienced LD&A Consultant and MPAC colleagues across Devon. This role offers medical leadership for the Regional LDA Inpatient Unit (1.0 WTE) and the chance to shape the development of this specialist service. You will lead on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and risk management, acting as Responsible Clinician where appropriate. You will work closely with health and social care partners to support admission avoidance, timely discharge and successful repatriation. We support training for nursing and medical undergraduates, and you will be encouraged to develop your interests in teaching, training and research. If you are looking for a role where you can lead, innovate and influence, while enjoying flexible working options in one of the UKs most beautiful coastal counties, we would love to hear from you.
