Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering safe, compassionate care under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Carrying out delegated clinical tasks such as wound care, observations, and supporting medication administration within your scope of practice.
- Supporting patients with long-term conditions to promote independence and self-care.
- Contributing to health promotion and service improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- A qualified Nurse Associate registered with the NMC.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, reliability, and a positive approach to learning and development.
- A supportive induction and preceptorship programme for newly qualified Nurse Associates.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities, clinical supervision, and support to achieve your competencies.
