Due to successful expansion we have exciting opportunities for highly motivated, experienced and dedicated community care workers, across Suffolk to join our established team. We are currently covering Framlingham, Wickham Market and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support our clients in their homes with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, companionship, emotional support, light housework, managing appointments. We are also looking for experienced support workers to join our team, supporting individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs, in their own home environments, supporting with accessing the community empowering individuals to live an independent fulfilling life. We are looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants who possess the right qualities to support and encourage our clients to maintain their independence whilst they remain in a safe environment. We will offer you supportive and approachable management, and a positive inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued and respected, full training will be given on completion of E-learning along with on-going professional development opportunities We can offer £13.50 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £15.00 per hour (Weekends) 35p per mile mileage Access to Blue Light cards Paid face to face training Paid DBS Free Uniform £250 Recommend a friend bonus payable when they have completed their third month of employment.
