We are looking to appoint an experienced project manager with excellent communication and organisational skills who is able to work with senior, clinical and operational teams across the Diagnostics programme to coordinate the planning of projects, develop documentation including progress and assurance reports and ensure timely and effective communication across all stakeholders to support the successful delivery of multi organisation system change.
There is an expectation that as a project manager, you may work across all the pillars of the Diagnostic Programme (Endoscopy, Imaging, Pathology, CDC and Physiological Sciences)

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree or degree level professional qualification or equivalent experience
- Post graduate qualification or working towards
- Evidence of continuous professional development
Desirable
- Project Management qualification
Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Knowledge of Diagnostic Services and the national Diagnostic agenda
- Knowledge of service improvement methodologies
Experience
Essential
- Experience of delivery of complex projects and programmes
- Experience of cross organizational working
- Experience of delivering service improvements
- Experience of working within and across complex health systems
- Experience of managing risk and reporting
Desirable
- Experience of project management within an NHS environment
- Experience of developing, presenting and delivering business cases
