Clinical Team Manager

You will be a key member of the leadership and management team within Opcourage north with an expectation to develop and maintain healthy and positive working relationships with the OpCourage North Lead provider CNTW and other key Providers within the partnership.

The post holder must hold a professional registration and have significant experience working in mental health.

Work with the established leadership team in the service to organise, integrate, and lead a multi-professional team in providing high quality intensive community care across the North of England

Develop strong relations with local CMHTs/crisis teams across the region to support with the smooth transition and flow of Veterans care based on their clinical need.

Work in partnership with Multi Organisational Leadership Team and LYPFT Clinical Operations Manager in the continuing development of accessible, responsive and regionally based mental health care for Veterans

Lead on the investigation of Clinical incidents in accordance with Trust Policy, complaints and service reviews and inspections.

Ensure all staff, project and budget management responsibilities are undertaken within Trust guidelines.

Act as a champion for the service, demonstrating a participative and supportive leadership style with a commitment to team working.

Manage and lead the operational functioning of the team, participating in an on-call manager role for LYPFT.

To offer robust line management and caseload management to clinicians across the team

To be responsible for other areas of Performance Management including local and national targets and being a key contributor to monthly and quarterly reporting to the OpCourage North Lead provider
