We are looking for a confidentClinical Team Leader (RMN) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care at Cygnet Lodge Kenton.

You will be expected to work 38.5 hours per week, working days and nights shifts across a 7 day rota. The working pattern is 7:30am to 8pm for day shiftand 7:30pmto 8am for a night shift.

Cygnet Lodge Kenton,in North-West London, offers a flexible mental health rehabilitation service for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Your day-to-day...

Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits

Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of services

Maintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvement

Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and Compliance

Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role

Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing

Under N MC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained

Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines

You... An experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, you'll have..

Essential: At least two years experience as a RMN/RNLD

The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role

A good understanding of the latest nursing practices

A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage & reduce risk

Compassion, resilience & a dedication to empower & support service user independence

Please note: successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
