The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to work day shifts across 5 days assisting with the smooth running of a busy fracture clinic, processing patients, assisting consultants and medical teams, carrying out dressings independently. Assisting patients in and out of clinic as well as many administrative duties.
Must be able to work as part of a team, prioritising tasks and escalating any concerns to senior colleagues.
The post holder will also be expected to provide all aspects of fundamental care to the patients in the Silverdale Orthopaedic fracture clinic.

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (RQF accredited)
- Moving and Handling Certificate
- NHS England accredited Care Certificate, with evidence of full completion of the knowledge and work based assessments / relevant experience
- Basic Life Support Certificate
Desirable
- Previous Orthopaedic experience
