This Clinical Lead role is ideal for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with strong leadership skills and recent nursing home experience. The Role – Clinical Lead As a Clinical Lead, you will:

Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the serviceProvide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing teamEnsure high standards of care for all residentsOversee care planning, audits, and complianceAct as a role model for best clinical practice Requirements for the Clinical Lead Role
